Anca brings to Capstone over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with proven expertise in program management, alliance leadership, and compliance across biologics and small molecules spanning oncology, immunology, and endocrinology. In the senior leadership positions she held at Immunovant, Viatris, Athenex, Sagent Pharmaceuticals, and Abraxis BioScience, she successfully led global drug development programs, product launches, and lifecycle management initiatives. She holds an Executive MBA from Loyola University Chicago, a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Babes-Bolyai University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
